I can use the volume keys on my Apple keyboard so I leave the interface output volume (Duet) up full and use the keyboard for volume control. Ok, number 2 is the same here using systemwide in Studio One on Mac mini.
If I am not dreaming, I was able to select my Apollo Twin as device in Reaper before and the sonarworks profile for the Apollo would take care of the rest, without having to select Systemwide in Reaper. I am able to control the volume via my macbook pro in addition to my interface. I am not able to select any inputs or outputs from my interface and 2.
